Team Polizei arrived at 2:55 local time to Athens. Just read this amazing news…

“Arriving in Istanbul only to find out that the Polizei M5 was diverted to Athens, Herr Roy or Master Piloten Michael Ross came up with a creative solution.  Today, as most of the Gumballers made it onto another plane to fly to Athens to retrieve their lawnmowers, Team Polizei got their hands on a VW Sharan rental!  Continuing in the Gumball spirit, Team Polizei along with newly deputized Polizei members Jarod Deanda and Andy “Fly” Tipping, drove to Athens.  Arriving at 2:55am local time, Team Polizei made it 2nd only to the local Team Aytac in the Ferrari 456GT whom didn’t have to worry about finding a rental back in Istanbul.  The only other team that drove to Athens was Team Turkish Taxi who started their rally today from Istanbul. “

“Just spoke to a contact from team adidas, they are all the Gumballers are at Athens airport right now, enjoying a beautiful view of all the supercars down on the tarmac below them. He mentioned that the party was great in Istanbul. I should hopefully be getting some pictures of this soon. Word is that Danny Dyer and Tamer Hassan also enjoyed the party and are now preparing for the White party in Greece. However they have not yet had the opportunity to prank, maybe tonight boys…”

The Bugatti Veyron 16.4 is currently the fastest, most powerful and most expensive street-legal full production car in the world, with a proven top speed of over 400 km/h (407.9 km/h or 253.2 mph). We catched up this car in the Trafalgar Car Park before the Gumball 3000 Rally starts. This Bugatti Veyron did not appear on the start, but drove to another place in the parking lot.

Team 50 is driving this years Gumball 3000 rally with a BMW M6. The drivers uploaded just their new video. You can see the car is speeding more then 300 KM/U on the German Highway.
