Team 50 driving more then 300KM/U on German highway

Team 50 is driving this years Gumball 3000 rally with a BMW M6. The drivers uploaded just their new video. You can see the car is speeding more then 300 KM/U on the German Highway.

    FYI, 300+ is not speeding in most parts of Germany since there is no speed limit on most highways.

    What are the flashing lights at 11 and 7 seconds from the video end ?

    And as said, 300kph, especially at night, isn’t a problem on some (!) highways in Germany.
