They just can't drive :M You can have all the money of the world, if you're a bad driver you'll stay a bad driver. And if you're a bad driver driving at 250Km/h you're going to do something crazy on the road. I totally understand the dutch and german government who want to ban any rally of entering their territories. They just don’t want to take any risks and protect all the others people on the road.
