Gumball 3000 participant drove 277 mph in a Ferrari Enzo
This yellow Ferrari Enzo (Team 24) drove 227mph (366kmh) during the Gumball 2004 rally. See the picture inside for more details.
“Hi Guys, Back at the office after a week off on the riviera after the Gumball in the Yellow Enzo. Great “Rally” !!!!! Too bad we had a puncture in Morroco !!However from Tangiers to Casablanca we managed to reach 228 miles I have been fast before but 228 is a major rush !!
We missed the 1st ferry to Almeria and were aboard the one with all the wrecks !!!
Impressive thing, the motorcycle crash (BMW flat twin) with one cylinder ripped off and the piston cracked !!BTW we just had a puncture in the rear right tire (special thanks to the guys from the US in the black Mustang and white Surf Truck they saved our *ss), but no crash, and made it to Cannes after derouting to Madrid to change both rear wheels !!
Lonman if you read this: I’ve never seen such a fast Porsche!
GT2 (boosted) has my respect, we had to push really hard with the Enzo to get some distance away from you!! R.E.S.P.E.C.TEverybody should do the Gumball!! Better than PROZAC!!

This really is most impressive if you think that this is a street legal car on a unprepared road.
I think you could not reach much more with this conditions in mind.

2 make a point Charlie from march.. that car only does about 360-370 km/h the koenigsegg ccr on the other hand, did 388 on an oval course! u gotta love swedish machinery, ok the engine block is ford but neways!
next up 4 gumballers must be the bugatti 16/4 veyron;1001 bhp and eledgedly 406 km/h

This is damn hilarious, who ever calculated that 366 km/h is 277mph is retarded. 366km/hr is 227.421856 mph. The Bugatti does about 253 mph……. ppl gotta check their numbers….sorry to burst yr bubble
