The only time a Volvo took part in the rally was during the Gumball 2004. The guys from Team 79 hit drove the rally with a tuned V70 R (250 bhp or something!). Look like they hit a bird or something…

Actually, a stock V70R puts out 300bhp. Typically, tuning in these cars include a chip or ECU reprogram of some such. In that case, she should have been around 340whp or so. I.E. no joke.

300 bhp i orginal, 350+ if tuned.
